Samuel Adler

Sam Adler is a member of the firm’s White Collar Defense and Investigations and Congressional Investigations Practice Groups. Sam advises clients across a range of industries responding to high-stakes inquiries and investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and Congress. Sam also conducts internal investigations into sensitive matters involving significant legal and reputational risks.

Sam has particular experience working with technology companies on matters related to artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies.

Sam also maintains an active pro bono practice that includes representations of a criminal justice reform organization and an inmate seeking post-conviction relief, as well as case screening work with the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project.
